St Mary’s provides quality nursing and residential care for those who need 24-hour personal support and for those with a condition that requires specialised nursing care, convalescence care for people recovering from surgery or illness, as well as kind and respectful palliative care.
Our dedicated staff are able to provide specialist care for people with Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, and those affected by stroke.
Our chefs take pride in getting to know the likes and dislikes of our residents and can cater to dietary and cultural needs. We serve a varied menu of delicious and nutritious home-cooked food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
We believe that keeping active is essential to residents’ well-being and strive to give purpose and enjoyment to every day. As such, our activities team provides a tailored activities and outings programme based on residents’ interests and preferences.

St Mary’s is in the residential suburb of Moston, just three miles north-east of Manchester’s vibrant city centre.
Surrounded by mature woodland gardens, the home is between the pleasant green spaces of Broadhurst Park and Lower Memorial Park, with Heaton Park a short distance away.
